Spinnaker Leasing Corporation 美国西宾克集装箱服务有限公司（“我司”），现严正申明：

1. 根据我司与洋浦中良海运有限公司（“洋浦中良”）签订的有关集装箱租赁协议，我司向洋浦中良出租了一定数量的集装箱（“出租箱”）。
2. 这些出租箱的所有权及其附属权利属于我司所有，是我司的合法资产。
3. 根据我司与洋浦中良的租约条款，我司有全权要求洋浦中良立刻还箱并主动回收属于我司的集装箱。
4. 如有个人或公司发现目前或将来持有我司出租给洋浦中良的集装箱，恳请配合我司不要把这些集装箱退还、移交予除我司以外的任何第三方，并请立刻就退租事宜联系我司。 虽然这些出租箱可能贴有洋浦中良标记，但箱子本身属于西宾克集装箱服务有限公司所有，属于我司的财产。如个人或贵司可能持带有“SPINNAKER” 或 “PLL” 或 “CHINA SHIPPING” 或 “GCL”标记、之前出租给洋浦中良的集装箱，这些出租箱必须立刻退还给我司。您或者公司在提供上述退租事宜服务的有关风险概由我司承担。
5. 为提起或移动出租箱，我司准备支付个人/公司与我司双方同意的合理且通常的费用。若根据此声明中我司指示退还出租箱，我司会支付所有个人/贵司因退还出租箱给我司支付的合理费用。
6. 除非我司明确授权，任何方不得擅自处置、转移、私自变卖、或以其他方式妨碍我司对这些出租箱行驶所有权，否则既视为对我司合法所有权的悍然侵犯，我司明确保留对此些行为采取必要的法律手段追溯其法律责任的权利。
